34 Pavilion Apartment Owners Association is committed to take the society forward with a progressive attitude.
Our manta is stay connected, stay focused and work together to further strengthen and expand our established position and continue to transform the lives of 34 Pavilion residents and significantly contribute towards improvement in quality of life in 34 Pavilion.
Team 34 Pav AoA is committed to rebuild a better 34 Pavilion working together with our volunteer residents. We are gradually working on various projects and achieving them one by one, listed below are some of our future tasks that we are carrying forward now….
1. CCTV Installation at Basement 1, Basement -2 and Circular Road to car parking
2. Outer wall repair of all towers
3. Repair painting of floor common area and stair case in all tower
4. Renovation of Children Park Playing area ( Flooring & replacement damaged playing equiments)
5. Fixing parking plates in all allotted parking places
7. Basement 2 floor plastering works
8. Society Gate Construction
